HydraJet 701 Pre-Order Deposit

The HydraJet 701 is an electric jet-powered hydroplaning boat, unlike anything that came before.

Constructed primarily from recycled carbon fibre, it is compression moulded for peak performance, after every component is meticulously laid-up, (in over 40 separate tool parts!) by hand - a process that transforms reclaimed carbon fibre into a functional sculpture.

The only difference between Options 1 and 2 are the electronics included, outlined below:

Sustainably Crafted

Every HydraJet is made to order, hand-built in small numbers using recycled carbon fibre - repurposing offcut waste from the aerospace and marine sector. This process is inevitably labour-intensive - over 43 individual tool parts are required for each HydraJet - ensuring a standard of craftsmanship that mass production could never replicate.

This listing is for a 5% deposit only, to secure your official place on the HydraJet waitlist.
The final purchase price is subject to change as material and production costs are confirmed closer to fulfilment - for context new tooling is required to go into production (the existing tooling used to make the recycled carbon fibre production prototype was 3D printed and painstakingly sanded for months to achieve the required finish, yet only lasted for 3 boats, due to the high stressed required for compression moulding of recycled carbon fibre.

Your deposits are fully refundable. By placing a deposit you're committing to purchasing your very own HydraJet 701, the reason we're taking a deposit at this stage is to confirm if there is sufficient demand for the new tooling (a huge upfront investment!) to be made. The new tooling will be composite and longer lasting, but the HydraJet will be made in limited numbers, since the tooling still has a limited lifecycle. Should this not go ahead, your deposit will be refunded. Your deposit guarantees priority build allocation and early access to configuration options once production begins. Shipping will be determined once you're invited to complete the order, once the production tooling is ready.
